Still on leave & went JB with Vivi & Wz!
Had noodle before i head out of house..
Then had KFC.. & shopped around KSL.. Brought shampoo & shoe.. Then had lunch @ sushi king...
Went pelangi plaza, brought vanilla coke & had mac ice-cream.. Lol!
Headed back to city square @ JB.. Shopped around again & had dinner at the usual HK cafe..
Luckily Wz came & helped with the carrying... Heex!
Then vivi had her baker robin ice cream before we came back SG!

Today was on leave! Went city square @ farrer park station... Had momiji.. After discount, it was $18.10 including taxes! Cheap..

Yeah! Although it's monday but i loved today... Work was super super busy.. I toggled between 2 screens today & even informed one clinic that i m on leave next 2 days so that they can get back to patients...

Today had old chang kee nasi lemak for breakfast... I love it!
Had been on budget for long time... & this will continue... Haiz.. Sometimes, it's tiring..
This yr I did not register for jlpt n3 cos i nv studied at all.. But i wanna go back to sch.. I missed the days..
I wan to do a lot of things but all boils down to MONEY!!! But i learnt to do things with my means & had been following my budget v closely this mth.. Hope the last 2 wks i dun make any blunder! *Pray*
I realised that i tend to waste the coupon/vouchers v often... I need to change.. But unless it's free voucher else i dun have additional budget.. Haha!
I think i need a break cos i find everything tiring... Looking forward to 20 Sept cos i'll be on leave.. Haha!
Need to do a service recovery tml.. Had chickenbox dose 2 & my hand is getting itchy! Cannot MC tml! Muz go & i hope can get another write-in compliment.. I know i m greedy! Pls forgive me... Haha!

Today i did not made any request for eye at all... Hope this shut that slut up!
Was boring at work recently.. Hui hui nv email me so i end up playing my phone or tweeting or fb-ing..
Vivi shared me a nice deal this morning.. But i always nv use...
I simply hate the evening trains.. Ppl just like to push around! Can't imagine these r Singaporean!
Gonna get back home quickly for my game... Hee...

Today, my colleague who was my ex-classmate & happened to be the one who is doing the eye request staff, told me that i got a lot of requests.. She then tell me to try to advice patients not to change their appt or accommudate to the one in system which is next yr, Jan!!

Patient to go blind is it? Then u might as well tell me not to answer call?!? It's not funny lo! U think i like going over ar? Use ur brain la, stupid!
I hate bootlicker... She is always so nice to the bosses but to colleague is so bad!
After work, went for lesson as usual..

Ok, just saw that Vivian feedback that i nv update so now i do a bit of updating...
This week was relatively poor performance @ work... I dunno why... but all the eye & bone request are being processed slow by colleague so in the end, got quite a no of complaints...
There was this complain that end up as a compliment to me.. I was shocked when the email was sent... this is the 4th mth i joined TTSH & it's the first one i received.. although ppl tend to thank you over the phone, i do not take it to heart... cos i felt that this is part of my job...
Vistors came in often too... but too bad I can't take photos while @ work.. unlike last time in SP, i can take anytime, whenever!
Was on MC on thurs... saw doc on wed but was still having fever on thurs..
when i returned on fri, i was shocked to see that there were 10 colleagues on mc on thurs, leaving onli 14 manpower!
although the med works well & i recovered by noon time, i did not went back cos i already reported mc ma...
when returned on fri, there were colleague "blaming" us on mc..
Now, my cough syrup had finish.. but i m still having cough... y am i always down with cough? i realised that my body system is weakening in process....

Today is a super duper bad day...
Today is my first complain case thrg PRC after being here for 4mths?
The patient complained me cos she wasn't able to see the eye doctor... Here's how it go...
Patient is by the name of, Loy Wen Ling.
She called in today requesting to see eye doctor tomorrow, due to her eye swollen & itchy. As she had called in earlier & spoken to one of my colleague, Suba, she was given appt on 18 Aug 11+am.
She then request for me to change to before 11am on 18/8 or anytime on 17/8. Otherwise, she got class & cannot come.
All eye appt thrg us got to go thrg this "eye specialist", Suba or Sharina.
So I went to Suba cos Sharine is not in. She then came back to me & told me to tell patient no other timing.
I called back patient & told her no other timing. At the same time, advice her to go to A&E since it's urgent.
Then she still insist to get her the date she is avail, else she want to speak to the eye clinic staff.
I then went back to Suba. She called the patient & told her that there was no slot. Patient was angry & told her, "fine, bye".
After that the patient called to this QSM line & complain me.
Moral of story: This stupid patient got the time to complain me when she can go A&E. Her case is obviously not urgent. A&E stands for Accident & Emergency. If not emergency, please do not call & req for help.
Next issue come. I will see how this case is going to be handled by my manager or supervisior. If they think it's my attitude problem, fine, i got nothing to say. I was really angry cos patient obviously got the time to wait for us to callback after few hrs.
& Just before I going to leave, i got another case that patient complain about Doctor. OMG! I am super sway TTM!

It's weird to update blog at this timing but i dun care... ^_^
Feeling emo actually... i was thinking if i should head to see the doc for PSY? i dunno if it is my mental problem or is it the environment?
Having worked for almost 2 weeks, next week they are like going to put me on the floor.. as in take the real-timed calls...
I felt that the training was super not enough lo... there's so many dept in TTSH yet the training is only like 2 days? Then I was being place to listen to ppl's call for like another 2 days, making new appt for those who faxed in, then i was asked placed on "buddy" system training. This "buddy" training is where, I type, senior talk or I talk, senior type - isn't this stupid? how to learn like this?
In other organization, we were asked to type & take ourself! That's how we learn!!
Thereafter, we are throw to the floor! The entire training is onli 9days!!
On top of that, the colleagues dun even bring us for lunch together.. everyone just do their own things & go back... no interaction at all! Is this the kind of environment that they worked in? The younger ones goes for lunch together yet do not call the new staffs along??
Seriously, can someone tell me, what should i do? change job again?

Today marks my last day @ Sodick. I was rather happy... but in the afternoon i was hit with a sudden news... but i had to kept it as a secret..
well, leaving the co now, i m more relaxed... looking forward to JB trip with vivi tml... wahaha!
Jen Jen wanna go genting in may.. & i checked with my friend, shaohua, who went once in the night. She mention will reach there around 4/5+am wor.. so i was thinking that it was rather good... lolx.. cos when reach there, leave the bags at the bell counter then can go either breakfast then casino then after that around 11am can see got wat movie then go shop shop around.. if weather gd still can go play the outdoor games... wahaha!!
now, next coming up is TTSH next monday! woohoo~~ can get to see Rebacca, Qiong & some new friends... however, i need to get very corporate wear already... so long nv wear like that le.. need to get use to it...

It's Monday blue again.. drag myself to work.. left office at 5.45pm... came back home early but did not do any promo for BS today.. cos i was watching Taiwan drama, 爱似百汇！ Super nice to me.. super touching..!!

日本へ来たばかりのころ
私は休みに日本へ来たばかりです。行く前に色々な本を読みました。この休みは楽しみ、可笑しいイベントもありました。
ある日、会社の友達の家へ遊びに行きました。大阪駅で来た電車にすぐ乗りました。友達は家の近くの駅でまっていると言いました。でも、わたしが乗った電車はその駅を通り過ぎてしまいました。それは特急電車でした。京都までどこにも止まりません。私はもう一度大阪へいく電車に乗りました。今回、電車に入る前に、私は、チェックしました。しかしながら、大阪に着いたとき、私は2時間遅かったです。でも、友達は駅で待っていてくれました。うれしかったです！
翌日、課長のお母さんの葬式がありました。私も会社の友達と一緒にお葬式に行きました。人がたくさん並んでいました。みんな写真の前で頭が下げて、てでなにか口に入れていました。私の番になりました。台の上に粉がありました。あまりいいにおいではありませんでしたが、日本の習慣だと思って、食べてしまいました。まずかったです。後で友達があれは食べ物じゃないと教えてくれました。

Today i spoken to my GM & tendered my resignation already... yeah..
Looking forward to 11 Apr where i will start my new job at TTSH... i hope everything will turn out well again..

it's been quite some time since i last blogged.. a lot of things happened during this period & i m getting v moody...
1) i am going to give up on jap too.. rather than say give up, i would say more like stop temp first.. maybe a year & half? cos i really cannot concentrate on myself anymore..
2) i am going to get my BS setup! i wan to make the business good. & to do so, i need a lot of help. so, pls, i hope everyone can help me..
3) i decided to change job.. yet again! lolx... but the thing is, i dunno how to say out to my MD.. he is really very nice.. even like today, i told him i did another wrong quotation but he still nv scold me.. like wat the other colleagues say, repay him is the best way... but seriously, i dun wan to drag myself to work every morning! how can i repay him?

Since Year 1804, Population had been increasing. Maybe, as technology advances, more illness can be cured & as people becomes richer, we can afford to have more children.

But, few years ago, as population in Japan gets older, new generation becomes lesser, older generation increases. Because of this, problem arise.

The young generation will have a heavy burden to support the old generation. Moreover, with the old generation not leaving their working position, it makes it difficult for the young generation to find a job. How can the young generation support the old generation in this case?

Yo, how CNY for everyone? I had quite a boring one.. cos nth to do... so i had placed some order for accessories online... hope it comes soon..
On top of that, i had did some bracelets & earring myself too..
If you're on my twitter & facebook often, you would know that i am learning them now..
I made use of Tatting which i learnt last yr & some beads to do the bracelets... so you dun need to worry... haha!!

It was a usual thursday.. but it was really getting very busy at work..
recently i am compiling the list to send the CNY cards so i was very busy.. despite i was having diarroea yst, i still went back to work after seeing doc.. & was much better.. but till now, i need to take note of wat i eat so that i dun get it back..
Vivi nv update her blog v long liao.. dunno wat happened..
Since 10 Jan, i had been having problem with Singnet Mio again! but this time slightly better.. after 2 checks despite all the good readings, but disconnection problem still persists, they sent SOF down the 3rd time & now, i think it is resolved? but i can't confirm yet.. cos SOF onli came down on 25 Jan.. but after changing the dislamp, the voice quality is back to normal.. not like before, it was quite noisy... lolx..
& from the mouth of the SOF, they are now building new strip of cards for Mio.. yeah~ but i m so sway that my dislamp was faulty just in half a yr time... haha...!! but i managed to get waiver again this mth! wahaha!!
i haven start writing my jap compo... it's 300 words... wahaha! but then i so lazy to do sia... lolx.. the topic is fast food... lolx.. haiz... i tried to go online search, but it shows that old chang kee is one of the "popular" one in SG... haha..
ok.. next up is to check on my spree status.. PG bag.. & some beading work... See ya ^_^

today is friday... this afternoon, that PA left office at about 2.30pm to go Ipoh.. When she was going to check in, she was being informed that the passenger details was not her, but i was certain that i had keyed in her details...
On the spot, she brought a new ticket after calling me. I also called in to the call centre to dispute over this. but was being informed to wrote in & so i did. What saddens me, was that, she send me a msg to warn me that it is a very serious mistake! Yes, I know that, but i m v sure that i keyed in her details with her PP in front of me..! & her 2nd msg to me was that she was being informed that their system is impossible to capture wrong information! i feel that she is trying to hint to me that she also thinks it my fault, or maybe i am just thinking too much..
& Since this is a malaysian airline, i dun pin high hope from them cos i always think that malaysian do not bother much about CS.. anyway, the consequence of this is that, i left a very bad impression!
Just before coming home, I had a small discussion with my senior, that partner who always face black black... recently, she seems more ok after lunch.. maybe workload a bit lesser now...
We both felt that my duties looks more like a PA than Service Adminstrator... cos i onli do the local quotation, delivery, servicing, etc & nv touch all the overseas one at all... On top of that, she can't teach me how much stock to order as well...
Then at other times, I am mainly booking flights or hotels, arranging delivery for condolences flower for cust or staff who family member pass away, rectifying IT problems, compiling weekly schedule to send to my MD for all branches..
Her feedback was that, there is 2 division here, machine & service. However, everything is like coming to me, but machine? they are just doing some marketing stuff.. but sending of xmas card & CNY card task still comes to me... WTF!
To make thing worst, i think i am the coffee lady too.. everytime got guests or cust, i still need to make coffee or watever drink la!
I posted in FB that, was it a wise choice that I change? i am referring to this job.. cos the stress level here is higher & the ppl also like to go & twist some facts then boss will start to get that person talking...
I tried to talk to PA before, but she can really say until u r v good... she will say that learning more things here will help u in future when u go other company.. ur knowledge here can be use there... ya la, now i think ar, making lousy coffee here & nice coffee in the new place ar? lolx!!

now back to my life, Ms Menses nv visit me last mth.. & now is almost mid-Jan & she is still not here. Ms Stress also dunno wan to leave me & making my mood up & down at times... Please forgive if i m rude to u.... i really hate what i am in now...
waiting for CNY to go angela's place again & then decide if i need to change job again... haiz... i wanna do sth i like.. but i doubt i can....

Today is a special day.. & on this day, i came to blog... lol...
*special in a way the numbers on the post are cute.. all 1.. lolx.. not becos i m happy at work k... lolx..
work is as usual & i feel that i am not suited here.. but somehow, i dunno where to go so i will continue working here first..
my sister asked me, how i remember the whole keyboard cos i can type v fast.. but in fact i am not v fast, onli 28 wps..
alright.. i feel like cutting hair but seriously, 1) no time, & 2) dunno wat pattern to cut... pls advice.. lolx...

it's morning & i'm blogging away.. i know a bit crazy but that's me... lolx..
well, my dream for Jap to skip N3 crash cos to N2 it's really a long long way... so i still stick to N3 this yr ba..
just saw Jen's blog that she is giving up jap, dyane also kinda of gave up already... *sad*
No one is continuing with me... well, i may be joining any class which will suit my timing better?
Work is getting more & more busy & stress, i wonder if i can cope? plus i always like to find some other pasture activities to do, i really think if i can make it?
y do ppl seems to give up halfway? jen & dyane giving up jap & i wanna give up my work too... is it just the environment or? sometimes i think all these are just excuses which we give to ourselves to let us "pass"... another excuse is "busy"... we are just too busy.. perhaps i am just plain lazy?

today is the 1st day of the yr... yst went to angela's hse...
today at home.. nth to do.. v sianz, so i was doing knitting.. did tons of times cos i kept dropping stitches... this is still in progress...
A new yr mark new resolutions:
1) Learn Japanese to N2 level if possible, else at least N3.
2) Learn Knitting
3) Learn Jewelry making
4) Earn more pocket money.. hehehe...!
anything else? can't think of any now le...
