today v pissed with my team.. sian diao lor...
early morning kana a question i dunno.. the one distributing job, named Dyane, ask me for a form but the form not done by me.. & the work order is another girl called Jayce (who sits besides me) ask me issue one lor.. then i look at her desk for the form but cannot find.. then emily(my manager) ask wat i looking for then she say no form needed.. then jayce nv tell me that no form needed lor.. kns..
i assume i always issue the orders fast cos when i on mc the engineers would say yst they v eng.. trying my best to clear those things.. today so many customer called in looking for me lor.. it's like, are there other colleagues? can't u all help? stupid la..
recently i realised that margaret(my team leader) & emily like to tease jayce.. i mean tease is ok la.. but emily called her "toy" lor.. so bad.. i mean did she put herself in her shoe? emily told me to read a book that educate us on customer service.. she say cos my CS not good & she had finish reading liao lor.. when i flip open the first page, the first sentence is "put urself in customer's shoe" lor.. did she practise it? **obviously not..
plus if u think my CS not good, y dun u ask the customer? if not good, y every1 call to look for me? **brainless
now jayce is "selected" for helping out in an event.. which she will often not be around on her desk.. if she not around confirm got a lot of problems de lor..
next up was a export product having defects.. i mean ya, by far this is the first i seem export customer having defective products so naturally i dunno how to handle la.. then i told margaret.. she told me to issue work order then send the email to the technicial manager & product manager.. nv tell me to write anything wat.. so i forward lor.. then emily say me in the afternoon.. say i nv write anything when forward the email to them.. come on lor.. did i know? margaret nv say lor..
sometimes i dunno wat they thinking la.. to make matter worst.. i cannot even enjoy lunch peacefully... my 1 hr lunch is basically for myself rite? guess wat?
my colleagues dun wan go out eat then always ask me & another girl, xh & siti to 'da bao' for them.. i mean, da bao is easy but their order v ma fan lor.. eg, i wan A meal from macdonald but the fries dun wan salt & i wan to up-size the meal.. u think wat? we not only da bao for u la.. we da bao for half the team la.. around 6ppls lor.. all order like tt v easy ma? F**K lor!! u go da bao for us la.. see u angry o not..
plus if we go back late, then the TLs start to nag.. we always come back late.. u ever think for us o not? i take 1 hr for lunch including walking to & fro coffeeshop la.. then ur order no need waiting time ar? **brainless..!!
