woohoo~ today is last day of Jul liao... i started here for 1 & 1/2mths liao wor... times past so fast... today i submitted my OT claims for approval... dunno whether is it in time for my next mth pay... haha... hope it is...
hmm... now i training on opening & closing of a/c liao... a bit scare... haha... my mentor is v nice but she is leaving liao... hope to buy her something... let me look look around first... haha...

quite busy at work recently... haha... i would say, slowly coping with the stress... think if after i think abt the case, also cannot help.. so i decide to slack a bit... haha... too many cases on hand is a chore... lolx...
dun feel like talking on phone recently unless i'm outside.. cos i feel that after 8hrs of work talking to so many ppl.. now when i reach home, still call ppl rite v sianz... haha... so anything try to sms me.. cos when i working, cannot talk on phone & when i'm home, dun feel like talking liao.. haha...
Now i'll put up my schdeule for work, so that u, fren can ask me out... hahah... kindly take note that OT(overtime) is based on OTOT(own time own target) basics..

today got a backroom staff look for me reg one case whereby cust made payment to wrong acc... then they nv update in time, now, cust got PN & LPC le... which would need my manager's approval... think tmr will get a scolding from my TL le... haiz... dun blame other... partly also due to my neglect... haiz...
& when i was going home, kana a call from a stupid auntie... insist that her mtr is faulty... but her usage is a bit higher than last yr same period of time lor... so stupid... then she insist that mtr was faulty... i know it's her usage but she refused to listen lor.. then this call ended @ 6.18pm lor... before i end the call, my manager kept chatting me to log off... i also wan but wat to do? stupid brainless manager... i think if can ar... i will talk personally to the GM lor... so darm pissed...
to make matter worst.. i v bad mood lor... reg both cases above... then my parents still need to ask me things like u wan to eat o not la? u wan to buy bread o not la? i realise after working here... i gain a lot of insights to diff things...
eg, got mailbox kana stolen la, no $$ to pay bill la but wan to cut off supply that time the $$ dunno come out from where (lolx), etc etc...
these are really things that i nv knew before... in some ways... it is funny sometimes... lolx... today was quite ok... except for quite a no of high-consumption case...

Made 1 mistake... cust ask abt his outstanding amt... but i told him an extra of 400+ dollars... then i tried to call back... but he not there... so sad... there's nth i can do to tell him...
then another one is the last call where a co calls in to defer the payment of 33k+... i forgot to tell him that it is subject to PN/LPC & subject to approval...
on top of those, there are some which i forgot to say the greeting when they hang up the phone.. cos they called in before that le...
Hope these few calls are not being screened for QA, otherwise i sure kana shoot de... haiz...

after i collected the items, i went to the jurong library... so many books~ happened to pass by so go see see look look... lolx...

today after work, walked to PS there... along the way i dropped by a shop named, "Factory Outlet Sale" so i went in... walk walk a while & i saw a shorts... so i brought it... @ $15 only la!! cheap deal... ^^
