Lady A called in yst @ 5.30pm to report a fault... & she called in this morning again...
Lady A: hi, how is my problem?
me: mdm, we suspect is becos of "this" that's y u're experiencing the problem..
Lady A: but all along we've been using "this" wat...
me: yes mdm, but is there recent moves with the HR side?
Lady A: how would i know? Anyway, have u check what is the problem?
me: Mdm, u haven sign the quotation so we cannot log into ur system & check..

then after lunch, around 3pm, my TL 'hao lian' saying, "keng, i finished the 4 reports liao. i'm not trying to hao lian oh~". like tt call not trying to hao lian... wat can i say la?
then another lady from that huge company called me up, requesting that there are some jobs that wasn't been invoiced... so i told her that no PO no work.. but we are being kind to carry out the job first.. after that got no choice but to wait for PO lor.. then she gave me a list of quotation number to see if it had been invoice... -_-"

today i wouldn't say i'm not well.. but rather not entirely recover yet.. however i still got 8 reports to clear... !!
luckily i told my TL abt this & she helped me with 4 reports.. so i'm half done.. currently i still left with 1 more to go.. hopefully i can clear it by tml.. today did quite a number of things.. other than the usual stuff.. got reports & invoice to clear... so sad.. :(
finally my character in maple is lvl 76 with 50% exp liao... took so long.. lolx.. anyway i abit sick of it liao.. now v "on" with my ds.. i'm playing animal crossing.. it's a game where i just moved into a town.. had to pay the loan.. earn $$.. lolx.. maybe cos the game is v different from our life.. how i earn $$ in this game is to mainly by selling things.. there are trees in the town, so i'll wait for the fruits & sell it off... plus if i have a net, can catch insects & sell.. also.. go digging... might find some valueable stuff... quite fun.. everytime i paid off my loan, the shop-keeper who is also the "construction guy" will ask if u wan to built a bigger house.. then the next day, it will be built.. a bit lame.. & u need to pay off the loan again.. it's just a cycle.. lolx

Recently i started using my mobile to surf net ar, now even blog.. Haha.. Looks kinda of small.. But still ok.. At least i got to know more function of this little mobile of mine..
just figure out how to press enter on my mobile.. Actually this phone was brought for mio mobile.. But ended up i nv use the service.. Haha.. Now changed to this phone cos my sis de phone faulty.. Need to repair then i use back this phone whereas my sis use the k700i..
Was taken aback when i see qiong's name on my tagboard.. Cos she rarely surf net le.. just now met angela and took back my camera.. Then might need to lend another colleague of mine.. Dun feel safe lending her.. Cos she gonna use it for her wedding.. And the shooting person is a guy... who i dun even know.. so how would i feel safe lending her?
my pet in maple is going to expires on the 22nd July.. & i'm gonna take mc on monday.. to see doc regarding my cough & flu.. then later on in the afternoon going to go down ICA building to collect my passport..

then called in again... this time is another CSO... his super is andy! wa pian, andy is threating that he can terminate my account & that i would need to pay the ETC..! so? i'm a customer, using the service until like that, naturally i'll be angry... cos this is the 2nd time...! last week there was once & this week again... very the darm lor... plus i still have like 2yrs of contract to go...! i can't possibly stand this kind of nonsense! hmmm... now i'm trying to get more info about the digital voice of starhub... so that i can "try" their service...! after my contract is up, i think i wouldn't want to use M0 again... it is simply not worth! cheap but lousy service! mobile is good... so i'll retain that.. but not the broadband & the house line.. maybe the analogue is better...

this is wat i plan, 2 yrs later, i'm going to terminate my BB, so no more internet for me, which in any case, i'm not using it often, usually my sis will play the maple onli... i prefer the NDS which i just brought, lolx.. then convert the digital line to the original analogue line.. & retain the mobile line..
seriously, i think something is not right! but just dunno what went wrong..! plus with that kind of customer service.. i wouldn't want it anymore! All i know is that the staff in the mobile dept is much nicer... way way better... they'll gladly help me.. even if i'm frustrated! i felt that they are the right ppl to stay in CS line.. even if u're angry, u shouldn't get inpolite to customer..! & that's what mio, BB, & voice r doing..! even i dun use that kind of tone to my customer! or previous customer! not a right thing to do!!!!

today need to do invoice... i think basically every week wat i do r the same.. lolx...
today i purposely do slowly.. some work i leave until tml... lolx.. then wt just now tell me got 1 company got power shutdown to do this sat... i told her i need to clear the invoice liao.. cos going to 7%... then she LL say, do faster lor... lolx.. in dialect, i'll call it mouth tio shit... lolx... i think she really overboard lor... email also dun wan clear.. dunno wat she doing lor...
last min called that company, & the guy v nice... they worked till 6pm.. so still ok for him... need to dispatch my guys down on fri to help him... then sat he helped himself... may god bless him..! hope nothing will happens to his system, otherwise a busier monday for me...

now got 2 new game liao... last sat brought the animal crossing... yaya said it's complicated... initially i also think so... now a bit use to it liao... so still ok... then today got another game delivered to my co.. dogz.. allowing my to keep a virtual dog.. nice~~ hehe

ok... first the pay my company gave was half rite & half wrong.. cos they deduct a few dollars extra... but nvm.. they say that $90.20 is inclusive of CPF... -_-"
next... today i stayed until 6.30pm where i can knock off @ 5.30pm.. cos i wanted to clear some work... so i decided to slack more from tomorrow onwards.. cos i did 1 hr of OT free.. my poor CEO waited for me cos he need to lock the door... poor thing... good thing is that they might give me "extra" bonus at the end of the year... bad thing is.. my partner dun wan to help...
tml i think i need to have a talk with my TL & manager liao.. cos i seriously dunno wat that lady beside me is doing... quotation push to me, email i do.. then wat r u doing?
next thing is.. i think jen's side is not hiring anymore.. cos the hr kept calling me for interview for other position except the one same as hers... so jen jen, i think we still can't be together... i'll REN REN REN...
next is yaya~ i think DS is fine for me.. but u can choose others which u like better...
