today at work become maid sia.. first thing early morning i nearly late.. reached office @ 8.28am.. lolx.. took me 1 hr to clear the emails.. then settle down... one of the engineers is down today.. so left 2 ppl.. so tight man.. got some system down also.. bad day.. after lunch around 3pm we had customer for visit.. then i was "told" to get water for them.. with cups, of cos.. WHEN DID I BECAME A MAID?? I THOUGHT I WAS PAID FOR CONTACT CENTRE OFFICER??

went to see doc early morning @ 8.30am.. came out around 9.30am liao.. wanted to go home.. when i reach my door, i realised that i forgot to bring my keys... i called my mum & went to her workplace to get keys from her..reach home 10+am liao.. then i cooked noodle, ate my med & sleep till 4pm.. lolx.. i slept for 5hrs sia..
ok.. i'm fine now.. dun worry.. except some cough & flu.. v slight.. dun worry.. i'll be fine.. tmr still need to work halfday.. after going to tampines to buy chain & check the price of learning some hand-made jewels..

today got a big deal.. S got a task for me.. then complete liao then they found error.. i think it's my mistake.. cos i told that lady that we charge her.. but if she onli remove.. then no charge..
i find my co weird.. example if u are the vendor, in this case, S. u got 2 customer, A & B. My co charge you, to do the task for A @ $500.00 & charge you, to do the task for B @ $350.00, naturally u will be puzzle.. then nvm... if remove things for A, charge you another $120.00 but for B, no charge..
if i am the vendor, S, i would wan to know y too.. becos the customer choose not to have a contract with us, so we charge the vendor more.. unfair to vendor lor..
anyway, tmr is holiday.. will follow up on the case on fri..

early moring went to work but found out that one of the work's order is missing.. but yst when i left, it was still @ my desk.. check with my colleague but some say no one came to my desk & some say they didn't notice... haiz... watever...

WTF lor.. how i wish i got recorder to record sia... then proof to my manager...

afternoon went AMK.. met jen jen @ amk mrt then wanted to go to the bigger hawker to eat but when we reach there then found out that it was closed for revno.. so sad.. so we went S11 instead.. jen jen brought some dora & kitty's paper.. she brought the most stuff.. whereas i nv buy anything.. maybe on 1 hand, i'm quite broke liao.. & on the other hand, didn't see any thing fancy..
walked halfway, we sat @ the staircase there for a rest cos jen jen said her leg 'sour' (in chinese)... lolx.. while waiting we took a pic..

was wondering, if u're able to take that much workload, does that means that u can stay long? i felt that it's rather more to do with, whether i'm happy or not..

thinking back, i remember i heard this story during a colleague's wedding.. one gal said that, in the US, even the cleaner can go on leave on the pretext that she's stress.. having heard that most ware wondering, what can a cleaner stress over? i understand.. some having stress cos of colleagues not doing work (like mine), some stress becos we, ourself is having expectation of ourself.. if we fail to do it, we tent to get 'stress'! that's where stress comes here...

just received a call from my TL.. she asked me abt a 's' job.. which i clean forgotten abt it.. yes i know i forgot... but i dun mean it, there's simply too many things for me to handle(ya, i think i'm finding excuse too.. haiz)... i bet my TL is v happy to knew that i made another mistake.. whereas the other TL is angry that she got no manpower to go down last min..
anyway what done cannot be undone.. i seriously felt that i'm not suited for this job...

didn't really enjoyed myself much @ batam.. first day, which was friday where we set out for a game like amazing race, that was fun! 2nd day was a mess... alamak.. dun wish to say much.. i was sharing the room with another 3 girls.. four of us in a same unit but 2 rooms inside.. me with E & Y with K. i dun understand why Y had to be so strict when i watched tv lor.. i mean i rarely watch wat.. -_-"
Even if u dun wan me to be late, u can tell me nicely de ma.. wat for shout??

WTF.. on top of that, the server was down, so there's nth much for her to do, can't she asked?? i simply dun understand y can't she be bothered to help when i need to? & she just like to step in unnecessarily.. hell man..

Lady A called in yst @ 5.30pm to report a fault... & she called in this morning again...
Lady A: hi, how is my problem?
me: mdm, we suspect is becos of "this" that's y u're experiencing the problem..
Lady A: but all along we've been using "this" wat...
me: yes mdm, but is there recent moves with the HR side?

other than this incident early morning.. i nearly tio cheng during lunch.. cos of my leave on monday & tuesday...! when i am on leave, my partner was taking over my work... then there is supposed to be a relocation on this company, a huge one.. their contract can cover my whole dept de income... wa pian.. i was away how i know they got relocation? i saw the email that states that the relocation is today, my eyes was draw to the name.. OMG, wat a bad day i'm going to have.. so i got no choice but to call the user... luckily the user was kind enough to let my guys do it tml.. otherwise i really can go jump down liao... so irresponsible de partner i had..~!
then after lunch, around 3pm, my TL 'hao lian' saying, "keng, i finished the 4 reports liao. i'm not trying to hao lian oh~". like tt call not trying to hao lian... wat can i say la?
then another lady from that huge company called me up, requesting that there are some jobs that wasn't been invoiced... so i told her that no PO no work.. but we are being kind to carry out the job first.. after that got no choice but to wait for PO lor.. then she gave me a list of quotation number to see if it had been invoice... -_-"

finally my character in maple is lvl 76 with 50% exp liao... took so long.. lolx.. anyway i abit sick of it liao.. now v "on" with my ds.. i'm playing animal crossing.. it's a game where i just moved into a town.. had to pay the loan.. earn $$.. lolx.. maybe cos the game is v different from our life.. how i earn $$ in this game is to mainly by selling things.. there are trees in the town, so i'll wait for the fruits & sell it off... plus if i have a net, can catch insects & sell.. also.. go digging... might find some valueable stuff... quite fun.. everytime i paid off my loan, the shop-keeper who is also the "construction guy" will ask if u wan to built a bigger house.. then the next day, it will be built.. a bit lame.. & u need to pay off the loan again.. it's just a cycle.. lolx

Recently i started using my mobile to surf net ar, now even blog.. Haha.. Looks kinda of small.. But still ok.. At least i got to know more function of this little mobile of mine..

stupid m0... today i kana disconnect when i was about to make outgoing call...!!!! so darm angry... called in to them... the stupid CSO can tell me i not using this service... -_-"
then called in again... this time is another CSO... his super is andy! wa pian, andy is threating that he can terminate my account & that i would need to pay the ETC..! so? i'm a customer, using the service until like that, naturally i'll be angry... cos this is the 2nd time...! last week there was once & this week again... very the darm lor... plus i still have like 2yrs of contract to go...! i can't possibly stand this kind of nonsense! hmmm... now i'm trying to get more info about the digital voice of starhub... so that i can "try" their service...! after my contract is up, i think i wouldn't want to use M0 again... it is simply not worth! cheap but lousy service! mobile is good... so i'll retain that.. but not the broadband & the house line.. maybe the analogue is better...

wrong pay
last night i heard from 933 a story... sometimes somethings r good in the long run... which made me think abt my current job... maybe if i can 'ren' the current colleague, in future when i go other company, i will have no problem to 'ren' them as well.. so take it as a training for me...
today went smoothly.. not much email & calls... so still ok... lolx.. when i'm happily that i just got my pay 2 days back, i opened my pay slip. to my surpise, i'm a confirmed staff since 17th June 2007 but my pay reflects 1.4k onli~! i onli remembered that they forgot to deduct my 1 day leave for previous month.. then the leave & mc for this current month should be deducted from my annual leave & medical leave... how come they deduct $90.20? dun get it... i'm going to ask the person-in-charge on monday... if they dun give a good explaination, i'll tender.. so i'll make sure i get my letter ready on monday. i dun wan to bear with all those shit.. lousy ppl & lousy pay!
daddy didn't cook tonight.. yst also.. it've been 3 nights with no home-cook food.. :~(

actually today i just gotten my confirmation letter from this current company... but we'll see... if singtel mobile willing to take me then i will tender... lolx.. another colleague of mine also going to tender soon.. cos she's getting married.. so hopefully i can join her wedding... it's on a friday nite.. i think is around 1mth from now~~ feel so happy for her.. got a nice bf~

ar~ i'm sick today.. so sad.. the doctor @ the polyclinic v strange..
i told him that i kept having stomach pain, feel like going toilet, he says it's usually.. -_-"
then when i mention that i got headache, he say he issue me painkiller will do.. F7 lor.. i already tried all sorts of ways la.. nvm.. maybe cos i ate too much fried food these few days.. hope i recover faster..

sen hui & qiong's bday
yesterdat i celebrated qiong & sen's bday..
went to ichiban with qiong... then we went shopping.. but i nv saw anything i like..
afterwhich i went to meet jing & jen @ tampines.. we brought present for ah sen.. then i saw the other one also quite nice.. so i brought for eric also.. yaya dun mind rite? also brought something for mingyu & shuyi.. not v cheap but ok la.. as fren..
monday i going to talk to my bosses.. see how it goes, if not i just go jen there.. which i think is better...
at ah sen's chalet saw CHONG KAIYI, EVON & XIUFEN from YUYING! wtf, ah sen also know them lor... -_-" anyway dun wanna comment too much abt them just that, that CHONG KAIYI commented @ my post when i took photo with jen & jing.. GO EAT SHIT LA! i tried to bear with her.. cos dun wan make ah sen de bday "nan kan".. better dun let me see them again... otherwise jkbhvskdjgbskdgb;sbg!
